Micro Compact TV Film Processor

Sometimes a lab needs a two-lift film processor because they have a large percentage of push/pull film, but the overall film load is not very large. Only TecnoLab has created an answer to this scenario; the JOBO TecnoLab Micro Compact TV film processors.

With the JOBO TecnoLab MCTV film processors, that problem can easily be eliminated. We offer a full range of sizes from 2-across to 5 across in 35mm delivering from 20 to 50 rolls of film per hour. Yet through their unique design, they require very little film to go through on a daily basis to meet the minimum chemical utilization requirements. Our JOBO TecnoLab MCTV processors start at a mere 14 rolls per day to fully utilize the chemicals in these true two-lift film processors.

This small volume capability is accomplished by designing the machines to run just 10 hangers per hour in E-6 and black and white, while still maintaining 18 hangers per hour in C-41. TecnoLab reduced the dimensions of every tank in height and length (front-to-back) to reduce the amount of chemicals. This in turn reduces the amount of film and replenisher amounts necessary to keep the chemicals fully utilized.

The physical size of these six-column lift hanger processors, is also compact. A "full size" model will typically be at least two feet longer, and generally about 7 inches taller, so there is also a space savings for your lab.

The next step up is the JOBO TecnoLab Delta TV film processors. These are also two-lift machines, but with higher capacity and higher minimum quantity requirements than the MCTV models.
