1 Software version: shows the processed surface area in m2
2 Main menu: possibilities of modification
3 Display of consumption: shows the actual program
4 Stan: back to standard display
5 Cleaning: The self-cleaning is started.
6 CD-replenisher: shows remaining quantity of replenisher, can be adapted to the actual volume of cubitainers
7 BX-Replenisher: shows remaining quantity of replenisher, can be adapted to the actual volume of cubitainers
8 SET-Menu: Change and modify programs
9 Service Menu: several service functions
10 Program: Choose between 1 and 10 with ENTER
11 Process: Choose name from list (RA-4/B/W)
12 Time: processing time per tank
13 Temperature of CD: temperature of tank 1, adjustable
14 Temperature of BX: temperature of tank 2, adjustable
15 Drying Temperature: drying temperature adjustable
16 CD-Replenisher: adjust Volume of replenisher tank 1 per m2
17 BX-Replenisher: adjust volume of replenisher tank 2 per m2
18 Water: adjust water volume per m2
19 AC: anti-crystallization turn OFF/ON ON every 10 minutes uninterrupted, standby Time” for 30 seconds (transport and ventilation on, every 30 minutes a replenisher impulse).
20 Language: Choose desired language (D = German, GB = English, F = French, E = Spanish)
21 Sensors: ON/OFF OFF - transport motor works continuously)
22 Replenisher rate: ON/OFF (Replenishment system is turned off, only calculation of surface area for water rinsing is active)
23 LCD-Light: Brightness of display is adjustable. 24 Cal. of CD-Temperature sensor: Sensor of tank I can be calibrated. Only for service technicians!
25 Cal. of BX-Temperature sensor: Sensor of tank 2 can be calibrated. Only for service technicians!
26 Cal. of CD-Replenisher pump: Calibrate replenisher pump for tank 1. Menu-guided.
27 Cal. of BX-Replenisher pump: Calibrate replenisher pump for tank 2. Menu-guided.
28 W-L/Menu I To edit: Adjust flow rate. Only for Service technicians!
29 Sensor status: Shows sensor active or passive ( * - ).
30 Temperature sensors: Only for service technicians!
31 Transport motor: ON/OFF
32 Valve control: All valve positions can be selected. Only for service technicians!
33 Water magnetic valve: ON/OFF
34 CD-Heater: Turns on heater for a short time.
35 BX-Heater: Turns on heater for a short time.
36 Water-Heater: Turns on heater for a short time.
37 Dryer-Heater: Turns on heater for a short time.
38 Dryer Ventilation: ON/OFF
39 Circulation Pump: ON/OFF (only with tanks full).
40 Replenisher pump CD: ON/OFF replenisher pump Tank 1.
41 Replenisher Pump BX: ON/OFF replenisher pump Tank 2.
42 System Check: Service function
43 Self-check: ON/OFF
