Washing tanks are not completely filled after starting machine.
- During warm-up phase, program was finished with F1. Automatic filling
of water was interrupted. Fill tanks by hand.
Magenta cast about 2.5 cm away from end of paper border.
- Dirty angled paper guide between CD and BX.
- Dry with a cloth or start cleaning program and clean racks
apart from the machine.
Light stripes approximately 3 cm may from paper border.
- Insufficient pressure of transport rollers.
- Check super-cushion elements and replace them if necessary.
Processing temperature exceeds set temperature.
- Air in solution pump has not been bled properly.
- Room temperature is higher than adjusted temperature.
- Difference of temperature of adjacent solution tanks is too
high. Temperature slowly adjusts through tank wall.
Drying temperature is not reached.
- Heater is defective.
- Fan is defective.
- Room temperature is too low.
Replenisher pumps do not work.
- Damaged hose. Needs to be exchanged.
- Defective motor.
- Replenisher empty.
No circulation of solution.
- Air in pump system (take canisters from wall mount for 30
seconds, bring them into emptying position and replace them in wall mount).
- Dirty pump.
- Pump has not been assembled correctly after cleaning
- Pump defective.
- Because of defective heater, pump was switched off.
Rinse water does not run.
- Water tap is not open.
- Water pressure below 9 lbs (0.5 bar).
- Filter in front of magnetic valve dirty.
- Solenoid valve does not open (defective).
Processing material is not transported properly.
- Check pressure of rollers.
- Check position of racks, they need to be secured by their
locks.
Paper sticks on drying rollers.
- Moisture on paper, lift rack and remove paper from roller.
