15. SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

Before you contact the Service Department of JOBO Fototechnic, have the following information available:

  1. The serial number of your processor. (You will find it on the specification plate below the power switch)
  2. The error message and the exact description of the fault.

For mechanical and electrical questions, you can reach JOBO Fototechnic’s Repair Department on the Internet at repair@jobo-usa.com or by telephone at 734-205-9420.

For technical support (questions about process results, etc.) you can reach JOBO Fototechnic’s Customer Service Department on the Internet at tech@jobo-usa.com or by telephone at 734-677-6989, extension 4721.

Jobo Fototechnic’s offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern time.
