REMOVAL OF THE ATL-1 OR
ATL-2
LOWER MOTOR UNIT
You will need:
Standard blade screwdriver
Procedure:
1) Remove the Upper Head of the ATL from the Lower Motor Unit as described in Bulletin # B005A for ATL-1,2,2+, and 3.
2) Disconnect the main power cord from the electrical outlet!
NOTE: If the thumb nuts are too tight, you may need to loosen them with a screwdriver.
3) Remove the four (4) thumb nuts located underneath each corner of the motor unit on the outside of the black trough. You will see four large slotted thumb nuts.
NOTE: If the thumb nuts are too tight, you may need to loosen them with a screwdriver.
4) You may now remove the lower motor unit by lifting it out of the trough.
